JoshuA Liberman, MD

Josh has been practicing cardiology for over 20 years and is helping to lead product innovation and commercialization discussions at Corventive. Josh runs his own private practice focused on preventive cardiology.

Dr. Liberman started his professional career in 2008 when he joined the Columbia-St. Mary’s Community Physicians group. Throughout his 14 year tenure at Columbia-St.Mary’s Hospitals, he was Medical Director of the Cardiac Rehabilitation program and later promoted to Chief of the Section of Cardiology at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital from 2012 – 2016. He also established the Women’s Heart Secrets Program to raise awareness and treat the unique heart challenges women face throughout their life.  Dr. Liberman has been consistently listed as a “Top Doc” by Milwaukee Magazine.

Josh received his medical degree from Boston University. He completed his residency at University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics and fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at Loyola University Medical Center in Illinois.

Josh is board certified in cardiology, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology, and is a diplomate in Clinical Lipidology.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a Past President of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American College of Cardiology. He has been an invited speaker throughout his career with a focus on topics such as the effects of lifestyle on health, and the medical management of various heart conditions.
