He has domain expertise in the healthcare and science information and software markets. His experience spans strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate development. He has held executive level roles at highly respected, global, publicly traded companies such as Wolters Kluwer Health, Reed Elsevier Health Sciences, and Thomson Reuters Healthcare & Science.

Mr. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University and a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
